We've been notified about a partial outage with one of our hosting providers which is affecting payment links from loading. We are working with the provider to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

Dashboard not updating

The Dashboard is currently not reflecting updated information. Transactions that have occurred since yesterday afternoon may not be showing up properly. We are looking into it now and will update when we have more information.

Portal is Experiencing Issues

There is an issue with our Portal that is preventing some users from seeing all of their information. Information newer than May 2nd may not be reflected correctly in the portal. We are working on a fix and will keep the status page updated as we resolve the situation
